The countdown has begun for aspirants of the Uttarakhand Upper PCS 2025 examination. As per the latest update, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is expected to issue the Prelims admit cards today, and candidates can access them via the official portal: psc.uk.gov.in.

🗓️ Exam Schedule & Centers

The preliminary stage of the exam is slated for Sunday, June 29, 2025, and will be held in two sessions. Candidates will appear at designated centers spread across 24 cities within 13 districts of the state, ensuring wide geographical coverage.

  • Morning Shift: General Studies – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: General Aptitude – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Once the admit cards are released, here’s how registered candidates can download them:

  2. Locate the link titled Upper PCS 2025 Admit Card

  3. Enter your login credentials (registration number & password/DOB)

The commission had earlier announced 123 job openings across 24 departments under the Combined State Civil Services. Some key roles include:

  • Deputy Collector – Personnel and Vigilance

  • Superintendent of Police – Home Department

  • Finance Officer/Treasury Officer – Finance Department

  • Deputy Registrar & State Tax Officer – Finance Department

  • Assistant Municipal Commissioner – Urban Development

Applications for these posts began on May 7, 2025, through an online registration process.

In a move to promote inclusivity, UKPSC has allowed differently-abled candidates to request a scribe facility. Those interested must submit their representation by June 23, 2025, via post to the UKPSC office in Haridwar.
